Hygiene measures at Alpenlodge Val Gronda

Mask requirement in publicly accessible rooms

A mask is required in all rooms, except in your own hotel room. In the wellness area it is compulsory to wear a mask in the rooms and corridors, yet not in the swimming pools and saunas. In the restaurant and at the bar you are required to wear a mask until you are seated. Children under the age of 12 or persons who can, for example, show a medical reason are excluded.

Compliance with the minimum distance of 1.5 meters

There is a minimum distance of 1.5 meters to other people in the entire public hotel area. Guests and visitors are asked to adhere to this. In areas where a minimum distance is not possible, Plexiglas partition walls or the mask requirement apply. Please also pay attention to path or distance markings on the floor.

Consumption of food and drink while sitting

Food and drinks may only be consumed while sitting at tables. A mask is not to be worn while eating or drinking. At the bar, drinks may not be consumed while standing. The queuing at the buffet or at the bar for drinks must be done with a mask. Please be aware that there is a maximum capacity of 4 people per table at the restaurant and bar. Small children are excluded.

Use of disinfectants

Guests are asked to disinfect their hands before entering the establishment. Disinfectants are available in sufficient numbers on the premises.

Hotel and room cleaning

All surfaces are regularly cleaned and disinfected by our staff. Due to the current requirements, all rooms and apartments are currently only cleaned  every 2 day. Should you require any housekeeping services in between, then please contact our front office.

Collection of contact data

In the case of groups or families sitting together at the same table, it is sufficient to collect contacts from just one person. For hotel guests, it is sufficient to collect contact data once at check-in. External guests are asked to register at the reception or in the restaurant.

Please be aware that we are currently not allowed to serve external guests at the restaurant and bar. Entry to the wellness area is currently not permitted for external guests.
